Planning

Begin with an empty factory cell. Use voice commands and the AAXLP AI assistant to design, place and evaluate a complete robot work cell from scratch.

  • Place robots, conveyors and CNC machines by voice command

  • Run live AGV path simulations to validate your floor plan

Practise the complete machine tending cycle in a fully active production cell. Follow step-by-step procedures to safely operate a robot-CNC system.

  • Power on the cell and receive raw parts via AGV delivery
  • Load the CNC machine, initiate the robot cycle, unload finished parts
  • Respond to interlocks, alarms and E-stop events correctly

  • Execute E-stop → safe home → supervised restart sequence

Industrial Machine
Control — VORAUS

Connect directly to a real industrial robot through the VORAUS Core platform via a secured WebSocket link. Real joint angles, real motion commands, real consequences — advanced operators only.

  • Establish and verify VORAUS WebSocket connection status
  • Send real joint-angle and Cartesian motion commands to the robot
  • Monitor live feedback: encoder data, torques, safety signals
